2. The essentials

• This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools.
• All fonts are hosted on my own server. No third-party content (e.g. Google Fonts, YouTube, social media plugins) is loaded automatically.
• Personal data is only processed as far as necessary to deliver the website and to answer your requests.

3. Hosting and delivery

This website is served via Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, browser and operating system information and the referring page. This data is required to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (e.g. DDoS).

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure, fast and stable provision of the website. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and a data processing agreement including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses is in place. 4. Contact by email

If you email me, I process your email address, your name (if provided) and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your request aims at a contract or collaboration, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering). I delete the data once it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

My emails are processed via Microsoft Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). For customers in the European Economic Area, the provider is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. A data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft (Microsoft Products and Services Data Protection Addendum). A transfer of data to the USA cannot be ruled out. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. More information: privacy.microsoft.com.

5. Links to other websites

This website contains links, e.g. to Instagram and the TECHNOWEAR shop. Simply visiting my website does not transfer any data to these providers. Only when you click a link do you leave my website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21). Just contact me by email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
